Better Batter for children with Autism
We attend the gluten free expo every year, and one product that was endorsed at the event was the Better Batter line. I hadn't tried their cake mixes, GF flour, brownies, etc, but I am always willing to try new GF foods. One of the pamphlets I grabbed had recipes, coupons, and a little information section entitled, "Financial Aid." I am going to copy it here, since I found their words so touching.

Wow! I looked on betterbatter.org under the "financial aid" section, and all I had to do was send in a copy of his evaluation that included his diagnosis, as well as fill out one small section of information (for shipping, etc). We just received an email with a welcome message, as well as an excel spreadsheet with amazing prices for their flours and mixes.
Highly recommend this super easy process if your kiddo fits the criteria like ours does! Love these supportive companies.
